Auto insurance, the responsibility for the rule of law transmission effective tomorrow
SPRINGFIELD end of time, in the morning for motorists driving without insurance. That’s when Illinois’ new mandatory civil liability insurance law.
The new law, adopted in 1988, requires motorists to liability insurance for passenger cars, vans, pick-up trucks, motorbikes and other vehicles to be displayed license plates.

“We have all been designed with an increase in requests, but it never materialized,” said Bill Sirola, a spokesman for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co., Bloomington.
